Covid was trash, but many positives came from my six-month furlough from Hilton. One positive was collaborating with Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital in Texas.

The Objective
Create an MVP of a Mobile app that would help referring Doctors understand the services they provide.
Outcomes
We aligned key organizational stakeholders around a vision through research, collaborative workshops, and interviews. We proudly created personas, an end-to-end customer journey, and an MVP prototype.
